iSHINE Maids Cleaning Services is an eco-friendly home cleaning service based in White Plains NY that is owned & managed locally. We specialize in high-quality cleaning services for families in Westchester County (some are one-time), scheduling most appointments every 1-6 weeks. If you are seeking a part-time position of approximately 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm), reside within a 35-minute driving radius of White Plains, and possess qualities such as a hard worker, attention to detail, a desire to please others, and a willingness to contribute to a high-performing team, then you may be the ideal candidate we are searching for!

Pay starts at $20/hr ($19/hr for first 90 days) with annual raises that go up to $30/hr for Team Leads. You’ll also receive $50 every month while you are employed to treat yourself to monthly self-care of your choosing.

Our office is located in White Plains, NY and our service area is a 35-minute driving radius surrounding White Plains.

You must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable car for transportation. Everyone drives their own vehicle to all cleans. You will be reimbursed for mileage traveled in between cleans. And, you’ll visit our office once a week to refill your cleaning products (if needed).

WARNING: THIS IS HARD WORK. Cancel your gym membership now, because you’ll be tired everyday. If you don’t have the physical stamina to bend, crouch, kneel, lift, lug, and scrub for up to 8 hours a day, this isn’t the job for you.

Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required. We have an extensive training program to teach you everything you need to know to make you a cleaning expert. If you bring hustle and a good attitude, we’ll take care of the rest!

Requirements

• Live within 35 minutes of White Plains NY

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills

• Physically fit to work hard manual labor for up to 8 hours a day

• Your own vehicle (Mileage reimbursed)

• Willing and able to drive up to 2 hours per day to/from client homes

• Your own smartphone with cellular data

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $19.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule: 3 – 8 hour shift Monday to Friday (30 hours max), no nights, no weekends

Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus pay, tips
